The Brit School, a City College of Technology for Performing Arts in London Borough of Croydon is a state school so the places are free.

Try Songtime Theatre Arts. Go onto www.songtime.co.uk and there's loads of info on there about how to join, where the schools are, fees etc. it's quite expensive but the teachers are all professional singers/ dancers/ acters, and lots of them perform in the west end!

Well, I'm not sure exactly how to direct you to them (since I don't live in England) but I can tell you two colleges, and perhaps you could search their websites:
LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts)
Central School of Speech and Drama (I think this is in Bristol)

I think Kingston college does Performing Arts. Thats Kingston on Thames. Google it, and see whats available.

there's one called sylvia young and I believe it is in North London but you'll have to search the net for exact location I am afraid. Ands there was another one called Anna Scher, although there was talk of this one closing down.
