I know asking seems the obvious answer and it may be a good idea. However, what does his non verbal messages tell you. Does he make you feel loved and appreciated? He could say he loves you, but then if he doesn't walk next to you, or neglects you for long periods or treats you like a booty call, you could still doubt his sincerity.
The very fact your asking means you may have some serious doubts. Talking alone won't banish them, but it might help.

My boyfriend said he loved me, took it back, then refuses to say it even though he wants to be with me forever.....
Men are confusing so asking will only make matters worse....he will be either forced to say yes i love you when he doesn't and it will become a verbal habit and mean nothing, or he will say no...not yet...and you'll be upset that hes not making love progress in regards to your lovely self.
Just let things happen naturally, he'll tell you when he's ready and when he does it will mean so much more than an answer to a question.

hi, i cant tell u if he loves u or not but i can tell u that it will be obvious on his talks and actions, if he spends a lot of time with u or not, if ur one of his priorities in his life.......just don't push too much and let him express himself clearly. asking him is not the best way, just follow ur heart by ur mind.
no girl can prevent herself from loving a guy but she should never be the girlfriend of a guy that doesn't love her, and this is the same for guys, and before that u should be sure that u TRULY love him.

Dont be hasty. Give some time for him to know you and the same with you too. Find out his topic of interest . Dont keep on talking about your interests. You will easily find out whether he loves you or not.

You can ask him, or wait for him to tell you how he feels. How long have you been together? If it's not that long, then chances are there's no actual love on either side (probably attraction and infatuation).
He's with you so that should tell you something...if he behaves as if he likes you, and spends quality time with you, then what's the problem? Enjoy it!

well, by the way that he treats you, is it the way that someone would if they loved you? If you still cant tell from this, try asking him.....its the only way to know 100%- or you could ask someone that knws him wel, like his best mate? Hope this helps.

Let the time be the judge here. if he stays with you and marries you, the answer is obivious and if he doesnt, he was never meant to be.
If you ask him, he ofcourse will say "yes" to avoid hurting your feelings. How duhish is that!
