Is the Pennsylvania Black Bear Season always the monday, tuesday, and wednesday before Thanksgiving?

I only need to know for Pennsylvania. Not interested in seasons for other states.

It always has been. A few years ago they extended the season in parts of eastern PA. The Pa. Game Commission Web site should be able to give more information.http://www.pgc.state.pa.us/
