A sinewave inverter is not a battery charger.

Your 1 hour capacity is limited to the batteries you have. In the event of a power failure you will not be charging them so cannot benefit from any extra charger.

Possible.
But a 'perfect' sine-wave inverter is doubtfull therefore noise spikes may well upset data storage when running the backup.
