I only have 2 weeks left for a function i have to attend and looking thin is a must. A lot of people i asked told me to puke and all but i suppose that can be really risky? I so wanna look thin and i cant give up on food!!! Help me guys!!

puke? girl...lol...NO!!!! pills..drugs...food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep

Two weeks doesn't give you much to work with. Depending on what you want to lose... the trick is to take in less than what you burn. So eat a healthy balanced diet and drink plenty of water, watch those calories, and hit the gym. If you can run, do so a couple of times a week or at the very least hit the ellipitical - some kind of cardio. Find a total body strength routine that works for you (they are all over the web and your local bookstore) and do that a couple of times each week as well. Most importantly find something thats fun and stick with it.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

30 mins before each meal eat an apple and drink a large glass of water. The water will make the pectin in the apple swell and their will be less room in your stomach.
Also it takes time for you stomach to know it's full so the slower you are in eating the less chance you will have in over eating. An apple is only around 110 calories.
Do not eat bananas until you reach your goal weight. I don't know why but they have a tendency to add temporary weight on you.

Dont stop eating anything except junk foods, and dont get in to any diets, ( if u wanna lose it in a healthyway.).Excersice is the way to lose weight. in a healthy way.....Diets will work, as long as u stick to it, wen u start taking normal food,u ll gain the weight back real fast

Why dont you exercise? Its fun and gives you the perfect, slim, elegant figure.

Just go for a jog 15 mins after you eat your meal. You dont need any equiptment or anything. Just give yourself about 5-10 mins to complete your running.

Another thing you can do is to do sit-ups before you go to work and before you take a shower. Trust me, it pays off BIG time =]

To loose weight you have to burn more calories than you eat.

Low carb all the way. The low carb diet is the easiest way to lose weight quickly and you'll start feeling the difference in your energy level after the first week or so. Have bacon or sausage with eggs for breakfast. Tuna salad with a garden salad for lunch, and then some kind of grilled protein(steak, chicken, pork, etc.) and veggies for dinner. Although a lot of people have bad opinions about the low carb diet, it really is one of the healthiest diets out there because you eat plenty of veggies. But, you should know that for the first two weeks, any kinds of bread(rolls, pasta, sandwiches, rice) are forbidden. But, you can eat tons of meat, cheese, veggies. There's lots of great meals to choose from. I recommend the Atkins diet in particular. I personally lost 20 pounds on it. I've posted some sites below that I highly recommend for getting more info. Try cabbage soup diet. I have tried it myself several times and is quite good and fast. It is recommended for people to get read of fat before heart operation so I think there is no bid damage. It is for 7 days but you can continue one more week.
