What I need is find a good place to go with some friends either to a beach or the woods.... something with a breath taking view. If you are looking for woods and breathtaking views, I would suggest somewhere in the West Virginia state parks system. WV's state parks are the best of any state I've visited and there are a lot of historic and cultural activities in WV as well as outdoor stuff like hiking, biking and whitewater rafting. Relatively inexpensive too when compared to a lot of other places.

A cruise with NCL to Alaska. Breath taking views. Great fishing. Walk on a glacier. See plenty of wildlife.
