Best surf vehicle I've had was a pug 405 turbo diesel estate, 40 to 50 mpg, only cost 500 pounds and managed to do 85k miles while I had it. Cheap to buy, cheap to run and loads of space inside. I fitted my 7'8" mini mal, my queens 7'6" bettyboard inside, enough clothes for a week, my mountainboard and kit plus the g/f and still had enough space for her to fall asleep! Top buy! Would recommend it to anyone.

Chevrolet Aveo. They make a hatch back or the back seats fold down in the sedan. Over 30 miles per gallon. Plenty of power. Good price. Rides nice.
