It is not like dieting. It can be good can be bad. Nowadays, people choose skim milk and lactose-free milk. For myself, mix lactose-free skim milk with whey protein isolate

LOW FAt MilK is preferred for DIET. for me MIlk is good, makes me refreshing. after all work in school, helps me to relax while drinking milk, i dont know why... but i feel always great every day.

I've drank milk all my life. I have strong bones and all my teeth and can bench press 350 lbs. And I'm 68 yrs. old.
So I would say," Yes, it's good for you."
