milk is very good for a lot of people. the only time it is not good for you if you have high cholesterol , or any form of heart decease, if you are prone to have kidney stones then u have to watch your milk intake, along with milk products like cheese. milk is not good for you if it triggers allergies in your body. drinking milk is not the problem, it is how your body reacts to it.

Milk Is the best food u can get around....according to canada's food guide, u should have a 3-4 servings of milk per day....yes milk has fat...Try looking this way...1 gram of fat has 9 calorie....nd ur burning almost 2000 cal per day, without doin anything.....
Drink milk......be healthy.

Well, they say so. Milk contains lots and lots of calcium and your body needs calcium to make your bones and teeth strong. So drink ur glass of milk in the morning.
Ps. I hate milk and instead drink calcium tablets
