would a 100,000 + volt stun gun fry the onboard engine management microprocessors when triggered to a vehicles' ground,i.e.:frame,body panels,door handles,etc. ???

Only if you hit those parts. Just as when lightning hits a car electricity travels to the outside of metal objects, leaving the inside bits untouched. If you hit a part only connected to the computer (like a wiring harness) then wires that expect a few volts would fry the parts they were attached to.

No, because of the fact your not "polishing off" a circuit to any of the on-board electronics in the vehicle while the stun gun is discharged to the chassis. there is not any "connection" to the effective fringe of the vehicle. If the stun weapons 2 electrodes are discharged in the region of any swap or administration with any opposing skill (+ and -), then definite, injury will maximum probable happen.

If the vehicle is grounded well, the voltage potential will seep to the ground first before harming the electronic equipment. Otherwise it could very well harm the electronic equipment.
