Sherman: What will you do to win the votes of the Americans who are atheists?

Bush: I guess I'm pretty weak in the atheist community. Faith in god is important to me.

Sherman: Surely you recognize the equal citizenship and patriotism of Americans who are atheists?

Bush: No, I don't know that atheists should be considered as citizens, nor should they be considered patriots. This is one nation under God.

Sherman (somewhat taken aback): Do you support as a sound constitutional principle the separation of state and church?

Bush: Yes, I support the separation of church and state. I'm just not very high on atheists

Just want to share this with all who have not seen it, But I guess I have to ask a question so:
Has Goerge Bush given any real hard working American citizens any reason not hate him?

I don't know if these are true or not. But my opinion on it, if it did happen.. is that Bush Sr. and most likely Jr. are complete tyrants. This right here would prove that they have no regard for anyone who's not "one of them". Clearly Bush Jr. (or his administration; whichever one has the half-brain for the day) does not believe in the the Separation of Church and State.

That was Bush 41 (aka Bush Sr) in 1987, not his retarded son. The current Bush can't say anything without a teleprompter, and even then he can barely say anything intelligible. There's no way that Bush 43 could answer 3 whole questions from a reporter, so he'd never get into that situation.

Because he wants everyones eyes clouded with his religion so he can use as a way to influence what he wants from them. If your a christian and he is doing something in the name of god then you would feel wrong disagreeing with him.

Hes a ******* moron

Oh, he gets everyone angry. Except he likes rich people.

Oh, senior. Well, that's most likely why he had one term.

Why would he care about atheists...they are such a small percentage of the population that their vote is inconsequential.
