He's still a stalker, which means he still has issues...
Talk to him or give him a chance, he might become aggressive, possesive.. Never want to let you go. Not want to share you with the world.. etc etc

if you see him like that...and you don't look at him at all as your stalker...maybe you're meant for each other...give him a chance to court you...he can't stay as your stalker forever, right?!...so get to know him more...maybe there will be a spark...
