Yep.. The interest rates in countries like USA are pretty low as compared to India and the repayment period is longer too. Moreover the loans could also cover a greater percentage of the tuition fee + living expenses.

But most of the banks in foreign nations need a co-signor(who is a credit-worthy citizen of the same country) to provide loans.
