Wisdom comes from Knowing, Sorrow comes from regret. For one to be wise one must first learn to regret. Regret not learning more in ones lifetime.

I don't know which wisdom (knowledge ?) you are talking about ... but ultimately, for me : much Wisdom comes with less sorrow
The sorrow comes from breaking illusions, but once you realise there are plenty of illusions, you are happy to brake them.

It is true, but remember how good it feels to be awake, it more than makes up for it....a few seconds of life, a butterfly, a deer, a smile all of the small things, still makes up for seeing and understanding soo much pain,,,I theorize it is only during ego-purification that it hurts so much at some point i think there is more peace..

I thank that with wisdom comes the understanding that a lot of people are on their way to hell.
Like when you go to a funeral of someone you know, and you hear how the person being buried was such a good person, in reality you know that person lived like hell, and that's where their at.

An injured person is much more dangerous than an uninjured one. The injured person knows that he can survive.
