Have you considered just walking in and asking for a tour? Tell them that you don't want to hear the sales pitch yet, you just want to look around.

Or, if that is too intense, just call them on the phone and ask them.

Asking this on Yahoo doesn't do much good since each facility is independantly operated and will vary on details. And since you didn't tell us which facility is closest to you........
