my mum gets mouth ulcers on a regular basis as she has behcets syndrome and this is one of the symptoms. she gets a special mouth wash from the Dr's which seems to help.
you should make an appointment to see your GP maybe he can give you something to help, but more importantly it could be a sign of something more serious.
i hope they go away soon, they are a painful little beggars!

I have suffered recurrent mouth ulcers since I was sven years old. I have seen doctors, dentists and also a consultant to check any underying causes. Nothing. My teeth are clean, I don't eat particularly acid foods so why do I get them? No one knows. The way I keep them at bay is by eating small oranges. Sounds painful but once you get into the habit you rarely get an attack. Must be the vitamin C. Don'y buy Vitamin C at a pharmacy as it does not absorb as well as that in oranges. My favourites are clementines. Hope this helps.

where is ur ulcer located? mouth? leg? if its mouth ulcer most probably you gotta change ur brush, toothpaste or u need to get ur teeth checked. Dont brush harshly and get ur soft tissue injured. Buy softer toothbrush. Any history of change in ur recent toothpaste product? If the current toothpaste isnt suitable for u, you should get the older product which doesnt cause ur ulcer. Sometimes our set of teeth grows in a wrong alignment and gives micro injuries to soft tissues surrounding. If its misalign visit ur dentist.

You may have a deficiency of one of the vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C or of zinc, folic acid, iron, selenium, calcium
Try taking multivitamins regularly. Do you have a good diet?
Try avoiding tothpastes and mouthwashes that contain 'sodium lauryl sulfate'
Check out the website below. It has some good info and it not too long-winded to read. Good luck with that.

How do you know you have ulcers? Were you actually tested and diagnosed? It doesn't sound like it because ulcers do not come and go.
You sound like you need to make an appointment with a doctor.

I look at the topic area and decide that you are not talking about in your mouth or digestive system. Where do you get them? (legs, feet, shin or elsewhere) Do you have diabetes? Do you have problems with edema? If you have problems of this sort, you should seek help from a doctor and the wound care clinic.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and these are caused by a faulty immune system. Try ECHINACEA capsules and GARLIC capsules to boost it. You should gargle with tea tree oil diluted.
