breast feeding lactating is useful for husband or not? i mean if husband wanna share romantic love with his wife can he lactate it? is it tasting good?

If you mean can the hubby taste the breastmilk when he and his wife are messing around, the answer is yes. It won't hurt anything and some guys like it.

Useful - in what was? Might he enjoy it? Possibly. But there's really nothing else useful about it to him.
It's not harmful for anyone to try breast milk, though I've never heard anything great about the taste. Obviously, you can't just suckle there for an hour, but there's nothing actually wrong with it.
