Maybe boys have strong urges, but with girls it's all pier pressure, and they are not "*****" A girl should be made to understand that it's seriously stupid to do things you don't want to just because of other people. Your kids need to understand they can talk to you, and you can only get that by being frank and not exaggerating anything. Don't let them find out anything you said was blown out of proportion ot "candycoated", because that's how you lose credibility. "Keep it real" perse. Easier said than done, I know, but you can't sugarcoat or demonize anything The MOST important thing is your believability. You want sex at such a young age if your a girl because ofPierr pressure. Credible parental nurturing advice can fix that. The truth - nothing more You want sex at a young age if you're a boy because humans naturally reproduce at that age, (in the 1950's, people got married at that age). "Times have changes, but our bodies have not". The fix for that is supposed to be the girls saying "no" As a parent, you can tell them it could get them in various trouble spots, but a 13 year oldboy has a tremendous sex drive. Sorry if it's unpleasant to think about, but your son simply is more developed than our PC society gives him credit for,
