Well, that's a lot, but I guess it's in my nature to help those who are willing to learn my mother- language. Just can't help it... Though you mught want to change it to simplified Chinese in Microsoft Word, give me an e- mail if you need further help. I'm learning simplified Chinese, because I learnt traditional Chinese when I was started to learn the characters before kindergarten.
对is basically "to/ as", you would usually use somethings like this:我对你一點感情也沒有. Translated as I have no feelings for you. So in this case, you can see that it's used after a pronoun. In a question, you could put this after 你, to ask an opinion or some sort. 对于, like: 我对于(一件事)的看法... , this is how it's usually used. This sentence is "My thoughts on this issue..." Usually talking about how a person percieves something.
而 is usually "and", it may seem a little weird, as 和 and 跟 is also "and" though 和 and 跟 are inter- changable, but not 而. It would be used like this: My thought are as follows, 而 his thoughts... . 和 and 跟 is usually when the two things mentioned agree with each other, like you have the same opinions, then you would use 和 and 跟, like "He has the same opinions as I do". But 而 can be used for both agreeing and disagreeing, see the example above again. 而且 is sort of like an "also", "He think that you should..., AND..., but as you see in English, you use and, but the meaning is like that of an "also" like he also has the opinion... .
Now 看看 and 看 are very similar.看 is usually said when you state that he looked or is looking at something, but let's say you want to say "Let me see it." Then you would use: 可否讓我看一看or 看看, so 看一看and 看看 I guess you can say are inter- changable too.
I've explained 跟 and 和 ealier, so I'm not doing that again, and as for 比, it's used for comparing things, you can also use 比較.

对 = to, a pair & 对于 = of, about
而 = refering to & 而且 = also, besides
看看 = look !! observe !! & 看 = look at, to see
比 = compare, 跟 = follow & 和 = and, sum, tie/draw in a game/match or peace/harmony.
Chinese grammer are often backwards compared to english.
In general, the adverbs and adjectives are before the nouns and there are many more prepositions. In the examples above, 和 can be used as a preposition and nouns of non related meanings.
