The best way to seduce a female work colleague at the office Christmas Party is to engage an interesting conversation with her be a gentleman with alot of charm, smile at her and compliment her that she is a pretty woman...most of the women get bored when a man talk non sense so that show her that you want to into her pant after the Xmas Party but let her tell you that she's interested in you remember don't try to be someone that you are not.

Just show her attention, listen to what she has to say and genuinely take interest in her as a person. This should make her feel more at ease in you presence and she might open up to you and let her defences down.
Naturally, she'll be drinking too so that would be the perfect opportunity to show her just how funny, charming and debonaire you are.

compliment her (dont over do it) share some good drinks and conversation "this is great being able to enjoy ur company without all the work stuff around i really think ur a fun person besides a good co worker we should do this more often..."
follow the party to a bar if ends early or ur place if ur lucky..........

Honestly why would you want too?? If you were to hook up with a girl from work, then what would you do if things got weird, or she went psycho?? Friction in the office is not a good thing.
