i'm sure i've heard that a child learns more in the first 2 years of life than he/she does for the rest of their life so i would definetly say yes.

lol. You may need to clarify your question.

In the first 5 years of a child's life they learn and grow more than just about any other time in their lives. Two year old boys have (on average) more testosterone in their tiny bodies than they will at any time prior to becoming teenagers. Most of the gains they make seem trivial to us but they are laying the foundations of everything they will need for later life including learning to walk, talk, relationship skills and the beginnings of empathy. most two year olds may seem to be monsters, but that is largely a reaction to the fact that they ARE growing up and are in the transition between baby and child. And that can be pretty scary,

there are HUGE milestones in this area. Also this is when a child starts to develope his/ her personality. Some people even suggest that a child can start to develope a sence of right and wrong starting @ this time. They definatly can get spoiled and if you don't start discipline now, it will be harder later.

at the moment of conception every child is growing

at birth they continue to grow ... unfortunatley, after that we are all on the road to dying.

If you think a child hasn't grown in the two years since birth, try shoving one back up from whence he came from!
