I dont have any eating disorder infact, i love eating all kinds of food! i even love eating chocolates especially before i go to bed. i read on the internet about working out, but i got nothing to build! just bones!

im also an active person. i love sports or anything that keeps me from boring my ***. but i kind of decided to be lazy this couple of days coz i dont want to burn my little amount of whatever it is in my body! i dont want to be like a human stick! lols

and oh, actually few of my friends told me i actually gained some weight when i visited them. i moved to hawaii that time and i was really hungry most of the time and i also love eating in fast foods. but then i moved here in vegas i feel like im losing my appetite just by looking at the food! but i still try to eat a lot! HEEELPPP!!

Well, it's good that you're into sports^^ Eat lots of meats and other foods that will help you gain weight. (Avoid the sweets and junk food though..yeah they 'can' make you gain weight, but they 'can also' make you grow wide). I suggest you eat meats while you're indulging in sports, because it strengthens your muscles. (Muscles become stronger/bigger, you gain weight, but you don't grow 'that' wide.) =)

Don't eat unhealthy food. It only makes your well functioning organs to stop functioning normally and you will end up having ailments that you can easily avoid by eating healthy. Now, to address your issue, have healthy milk shakes or consume malt flavored milk every morning and early evening. The calcium in it will be good for you. Going to the gym doesn't mean you are going to lose further weight or burn out all of your calories. Muscles weigh more than fat. Get a trainer/fitness expert to give you schedules to build up muscles in your body and to bulk up a little and not look like a 'stick'. It works. So go get one. Remember, don't eat unhealthy food and end up having complications later that will keep you away from food which will only make you thinner. Good luck!

Since you already work out, you might want to consider taking creatine and protein shakes. I used to take it when I was weight lifting and there was a point where I reached a plateau, so I started taking creatine. I was 100 pounds before I started the weight lifting, and then I gained 15 pounds. I took the creatine 2-3 times a day (it tastes like koolaid) and the protein drink immediately after working out.

I wished I was you!
Kidding….
It seems that you have high rate of metabolism.
That’s mean your body is some kind of fat burner machine!
High intake of dairy based food and proteins such as meat, milk, cheese and rice could probably help you to gain few pounds. (Don’t forget veggies too)
You have misconception about exercising. When you work out, you will gain muscle, which helps you to build up stronger and toned body. Slowly you will be gaining weight.
Do visit a physician before doing any move.

You would possibly wan't to examine out a few low priced CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter varieties of typical herb drugs to aid aid the muscular tissues. I can not feel of any names of those varieties, however I do realize they exist, I've heard of men and women taking them, and had well outcome while taken as a rule.

You need to add calories, that's all, and preferably the right kind. Focus more on protein than on fats. This will help you to gain muscle mass. Also, MODERATE exercise is going to help you. You WILL want to lay off it for at least a matter of maybe 2-3weeks, though, and just focus on giving your body the extra supplies that it needs.

Protein, protein, protein....and talk to a nutritionist or a trainer at a gym! They will be able to give you really quality advice.

Try eating high protein foods instead of high fat foods - these will bulk you up rather than fattening you up so that you are all flabby - alternatively you can have some of my fat as I dont want it! lol
Good luck
