I would suggest you go see a professional and get a diagnosis. It could be simple anxiety, or it could be bi-polar disorder. It could be just a lack of energy or maybe the cold weather. Each of these causes has a different therapy, and an accurate diagnosis is key to providing the right therapy. As far as being alone, try and find some other lonely person to be friends with, that will cure you both.

Well....I take X, so this might help. Whenever I take X, the next day I all of a sudden feel down and out. This is due to a lack of serotonin, a chemical that is necessary in well, feeling happy! Without this chemical that you naturally produce, you'll feel down and out. So, what I do to counteract this, is I take some multivitamins and fish oil (which contains omega 3), as well as super B vitamin complex. And before you know it, I'm as cheery as can be! (or, you could just shmokey up some weed, that'll cure you right up, but you never heard that from me! =P)

Quite often people go through a point in their life when \they would rather be left alone than talk to anybody, this is easier said than done however!
I have also felt like this sometimes, the best thing to do is to sit quietly and eat something (preferably chocolate) and wait for the mood to pass. sometimes if someone disrupts me i fight with him or her, but later on realize that it was a waste of time, so now i avoid fighting
hope this advise was useful

we all feel like this sometimes. it could be the upcoming holidays or homesickness or maybe you fell in love and don't know it. whatever the reason, go with it, disect it if you have to and move on. don't dwell on it. change your thinking process. get rid of the negativity. think of miracles. visualize beauty. think of love, feel love. light a candle. take a hot bath. take a hike, paint a picture, sing a song, build something, write something, do something unexpectedly nice for your neighbor. look at the sunrise. begin a new day with a new attitude. distract yourself. make phone calls, draw names out of a hat to see which bills you'll pay this month. think of a really funny new years resolution.
go swimming. play hockey. make travel plans. shop. invent something. defy the speed of sound. buy a telescope and look at the cosmos. read a book. watch tv. play video games. float a boat. take a nap.

I feel like this regularly but I never tell anyone. I really notice that I feel like this in winter - I am definiately a summery person and need sunshine. Ive also noticed that each year my symptoms get a little worse each winter. I think I just need to spend half the year in Australia and the other half of the year in European summer :)

yes its a horrible thing to feel I totally understand. I will get depressed feelings and anxiety for no reason at all. A lot can do with hereditary and low levels of hormones in our bodies. I hate the feeling of depression its horrible. Its hard to get up and try to do something to stop feeling that way. take a vitamin, get your self something to eat, clean up something, get outside. I know that weather determines my mood a lot. good luck.

I don't mean to underestimate your mood, but there are times when we've had enough sleep and our blood sugar is not low and we feel fine in spite of having things going on in our lives. At other times, the same stuff really feels overwhelming; and it may just be low blood sugar or interrupted sleep.

I feel like that sometimes. Usually when I haven't had enough sleep. If you're looking for a quick pick me up drink some coffee or something sweet! Sugar and Caffeine are mood elevators.
