At the age of 15 I weighed about 240lbs, with a height of about 5'10".
Now 18, I'm about 6'1" weighing about 180lbs. Is it possible for a person like me, being so unfit at one point in their life, be able to aquire the athleticism of a gymnist? My dream is to be able to do flips, move, and function with a body like a gymnist, or a skilled martial artist.

At the age of 20 I weighed 238lbs at 5' 7". I joined a slimming group, lost 70lbs and started running. I became quite fit, in that I was running for about 40 mins, then going to a circuit training class for an hour, and not feeling knackered at the end of it! I would say that you can achieve the athleticism of a gymnast if you train for long enough! Well done.

No, you very probably can't move like that. You have to start very young to be good at those things, as well as have a lot of genetic good luck. You should still try to do it. Just try lots harder.

Yes, it's possible. It sounds like you could do it, too, you sound very motivated. You'll need a good coach.

There is nothing you can't acive if you put your heart and mind to it. Give it a go.

It is possible, but I fear you'd be too tall now.
