very simple.
Just divide your meals into smaller fractions, that means u should eat ur meals many times a day but in less proportion.
stop eating ur full meals 3 times a day, instead break them into 6/7 times and consume a lot of water .
that will surely help to reduce ur stomach.Do not go for any medicines for this. U may also concentrate more on physical exercises /workouts. to maintain the shape of ur abdoman

generally after age of 40 waist line grows and so the tummy!this is because we are less inclined to be active and whereas we fail to reduce the colorie intake! ok doing excercises may reduce weight but it's impact on belly is a little. there are specific excercises meant for toning up belly. searching web sites giving key words in google may help you with lot of informations and tips .i suggesst you the following.
1) do your daily excersises
2) plan a new schedule of food intake with selected items to correct your colorie intake like taking salads and juices for supper avoiding a four square meals with hig fat oil ghee sweets
taking more vegetables
so by selecting food and excercises you can reduce stomach to some extent .

Deit control is most effective,you must do walk every day atleast 5 Kms,intially do some light exercise particulary for Stomach avoid fat content foods,BMS calculation according to that consume calories,night food must be light and liquid (ots,etc.,

Excercise, my dear. There are specific excercises that work on the abdominal region.
Other thing is that check what you are eating.
Also what is the cause of your big tummy. Depending on the need see a trainer or a doctor.

pranayama is the best solution for this sit straight and then inhale slowly and exhale slowly start doing this and try to pull ur stomach in every time u breathe then slowly after 5 days start lifting ur legs and press ur tummy and put it down by inhaling and exhaling after 15 days start cycling by keeping ur back straing and control ur breathing process this will trim ur tummy no need to cut down on ur food
it is a slow process but will defintely cut down fat try and eat cold items so that heat is generated in ur body and fat get burnt

Or it could be that you're bloated, in which case you need to drink 2 litres or water every day.

And a cup of green tea every day gets rid of water retention.
