eat simple food, no spices, hardly any oil and fat, eat raw vegetables in the form of salad with out dressing but sprinkle some salt and lemon for taste, if u want it, every day with lunch and dinner, read books on concentration and brain and memory development, start yoga exercises, breathing, every day morning on empty stomach, try to give up non-veg or reduce as much as possible
