Well, i do believe that it makes no sense to mention "hell" in so much circumstances..AND ALL people Americans don't do it. Its very generalizing. I am American and we don't seem to be ALL approximately John Wayne. That was once decades in the past and now not on this iteration. We don't all experience horses and shoot bow and arrow. That is an historic stereo variety of Americans. Its form of claiming all Brits have dangerous tooth..NOT all Brits have dangerous tooth.. I believe a small populace does..however now not ALL.
