My father told my mother that he is going for bsiness work. They have not come yet. It has been 12 years.
Should i wait or my mother should report in police station ?

If ur father is really a good business person, then atleast where ever he is he would have informed or called over phone, now a days phone is so common, he is defenitely would have married some other person and enjoying life or he had any unforceen accident kindly report to the police station and make an enquiry. It is too late already.

Ya sure report to the police station and also place adds in the papers with his photo and the words " Have you seen him and in case you have please keep him. He would not like to come back meet his son who happens to be an @@@ hole."
