Fibre will bind your poo, get some Bran Flakes in. Or cut down on what is making them sloppy, too much fruit etc. Can't believe I am answering a question about poo!
Incidentally did you know diarrhoea is hereditary? It runs in your genes....

You need to look at the foods that you have eaten. Some vegetables and fruit will cause a soft stool, but also excessive intake of sugary liquids (such as beer or soda) can also be the cause. Find the cause and the answer will be there too.

there is nothing wrong with small soft stools. worry when they are really hard or it is like water. eat more protein.

I think your problem might be dairy foods eg butter, milk, oats ect, try to omitt dairy products or at least cut them down.
