Yes, it is predicted in Revelation 13:18. Number 666 has always been connected to Sun worship. God's worship day in the Bible since the beginning of the world (Genesis 2:1-3), to the time of Moses, Jesus and the disciples, Paul, down to the end of time and beyond, Isaiah 66:22,23 has always been the seventh-day Sabbath, Sabado(Spanish), Sabato (Italian), Sabtu(Indonesian and Malaysian), Sab'ah(Arabic), and Sunday is the day of the Sun, Zondag, Zontag, etc. which was also the worship day of the Sun God. If you doubt just watch and wait. God's prophecy never failed and never will.

I've never heard of that law, but in my hometown, there is what they call "blue laws" which keep businesses from opening before noon on Sunday, unless it makes a certain percentage of profit from food, they they can open a little earlier. Even still, most businesses close Saturday night and reopen midday on Sunday.
Personally, I hate to work Sunday.

There was a law that you could not work on Saturdays - the sabbath - but that went by the board a long time ago. There is not going to be law to prohibit Sunday working.

That law is the fourth commandment. But most of us do not observe that particular commandment. Reason Romans 7;4.
