defiantly... I refused to leave the Salon and my husband had to come and get me himself ...I was terrified and had an anxiety attack. I wanted a small wedding 30 people and he convinced me to have 800 people. After the event was in full swing I was OK.

This is the exact thing I am most scared about for my wedding day. At work, I can be the boss and at the center of attention. However, when it comes to my personal life, I can't stand it. It makes me cringe just to think about all the people that will be staring at me going down the aisle, commenting on my dress, my wedding preparations, my groom, my jewelry...
However, a friend of mine is recommending meditation. Just focus your excess energy on your guy and the vows you will be making. Focus on your emotions and just enjoy the experience. Having heard her say that, I am starting to feel less crazy about people looking at me.

Just pretend that you are on a Hollywood set. I am a teacher, used to being the center of attention, and I was scared when all eyes were on me as I walked down that aisle. Embrace the moment! It will happen to you only once, (wel maybe twice)

I recently got married and i am the same way you are when it comes to being the center of attention.I didnt even want to dance in front of everyone. When your big day comes, all that anxiety will leave. You are so excited about the day is finally here that you dont even think about it.

My friend is getting married next year and she is exactly the same. She is getting married abroad with only around 6 people going. She wanted a quiet intimate wedding
Maybe its a good idea for you to do something similar?
Good Luck!!!

i am a shy person. i was most nervous at the ceremony because everyone would be looking at me. well after i walked down the aisle i blocked everything out except my husband and the minister. at the reception everything was fine, after the first dance everyone was busy eating, drinking, and dancing...don't stress out, enjoy yourself!
