i wanna ask if people or specially older men and women, consider ages 15 and 16 and 17 and 18 for girls and boys ,
i wanna know if they consider them kids or men and women or teenagers or what exactly.

I consider them kids.
Flighty, immature, self absorbed idiots. Occasionally there is a good one out there, but they are young people with raging hormones. Someone to avoid.

why does it matter anything with TEEN on the end would be considered a teenager....however i would considered thirteen-fifteen more as kids and 16-18 more mature actual TEENAGERS(because they can drive,vote, gamble buy cigarettes and other tobacco products[if they choose do do so] and have WAY more freedom, and are able to express themselves and be more mature during this age period) and 19 an adult but it all depends on the person!

Where I live, 18 yrs of age is the 'age of majority'; meaning you are considered an adult. Ages thirTEEN through nineTEEN are TEENagers.

the number on your birth certificate does not say it all but being a teenager is not a bad thing so if you are hold on to it which at these ages are what i would call it

I would say 13-17 yr olds are teenaged kids. 18 year olds are by default considered adults in most places. But I think that any number with teen in it makes you a teenager but 18/19 yr olds have adult rights so dome would label them as young adults. So most would consider 15 yr olds a teenager or a kid both are correct. Although some say that 16 or 17 yr olds are young adults.

They are teenages in my opinion, still kids, not even close to adulthood.
