What sort of excercises can I do without weights while I'm at work in order to tone up a little bit? I got plenty of time at work (security guard night shift) but I'm not allowed to bring weights, and since I started school, Ive been unable to work out and it's starting to show. Thanks!

You can always do push-up! Also, while no one is watching, you can simulate "curls" with your arms (going through the motions while tensing the muscles). Likewise, you can also do stretching exercises. You can do many exercises for the pectorals, too. You're only limited by your imagination. Oh, here's something that almost everyone overlooks, how about exercising your grip? Get a rubber ball and squeeze it on either hand for a set period of reps. Good luck and best wishes.

You can do exercises called "Body weight exercises" which means using the weight of your body. Push-ups are good, and so are squats, one-leg curls (stand on one leg and curl the other behind you), tricep dips (sit on the edge of a chair and put your legs in front of you, then use your upper arms to go up and down off the edge) and standing calf raises (go up and down on your tip toes -- when that becomes easy, do it on just one leg). Lots of magazines will tell you how to do this. You can also jump rope or just walk around to get some cardio in, too.
