Actually think about how intricate our bodies work with reproduction to our heart nerves brain and all. We are a pretty complex being and have a soul on top of it all. We not only have a brain in which to think and try to reason it controls movement breathing and everything you do. It is all brain waves. The problem as I see it is we decided that we needed to think outside the the cross for our answer to a possible salvation. WRONG. There s no way except through the Son to the Father and salvation.

Saying that we are the best that God could come up with is presumptious in that we are not familiar with everything that God has created.
In the Qur'an there is a verse that says:
"We did indeed offer the Trust to the Heavens and the Earth and the Mountains; but they refused to undertake it, being afraid thereof: but man undertook it;- He was indeed unjust and foolish" [33:72]

Because God is all powerful, that is the more reason why He is able to creat. You & I are Souls (not the bags of skin you talked about). Soul is the greatest of God's acheivement. Even the animals are Souls too. Soul is a photocopy of God.

Any God who has lost the ability to produce manna to feed the hungry and starving people like he used to do in the bible is not powerful
