Call a vet and ask their advice. They might tell you to bring the kitten in, and that might be the best thing. Ask the person you got the kitten from if they gave them a worm pill or liquid wormer and when. The kitten is probably overloaded with worms and after a dose of the wormer had to find a fast way to get rid of them. Clean up the vomit and flush it down the toilet. Don't let the kitten or any other pets near it. Wash your hands really well after that, because worms are transferable from animals to humans.
Good luck, and I hope your kitty feels better soon.

He will be ok for a day or so but if he is throwing them up he is pretty heavily infested. What kind of worms were they? Did they look like rice or spaghetti? Only certain medicines work for the tape worms(rice) You should take him to the vet ASAP and let them figure out what kind of worms and what kind of meds to give him. If you let him go for too long he will get very sick and could die. Don't freak out or anything just get to a vet in the morning.

Lovey, your kitty is at the age where he should have had his de-worming medication already. It is natural for him to vomit out the worms. You have to be very careful though and take him to the vet for his medication asap. Your kitty will become very thin and ill soon if you do not take care now. Do not feed your kitty raw meat too often or wet food too often. Dry food is still the best. Try Iams - I think it is probably teh best food around!!! Dr Hills are also good.

Who told you not to give him the worm tablet and why? Who gave you the tablet and what kind is it? Get advice and medication from the vet, not from pet shops, well meaning but clueless people, friends or family.

Go to the chemist and get worming tablets and give them to her through her food. She needs to be wormed and injected at that age. Also, keep her away from young children or they could end up with them too.

Poor kitty. I am with those saying trip to vet. Yes it may be only that a regular worm tab is needed, but I would want expert advice from a vet.

Take the kitten to the Vet immediately & follow their instructions.
Make sure the people who sold you the kitten is someone who's
a legitimate licensed breeder. There are a lot of unscupulous
people out there selling sick puppies & kittens. Good luck

Who told you not to give him the worm pill? The vet or the people you got him from? If you havent seen a vet then go see one or call one and get an expert opinion.
