I hate calling people on the phone. I actually have to take a deep breath to call for simple things like a dentist appointment. Big important calls can actually put me into a panic attack!

Hi, I am petrified of snakes and spiders. I also am very fearful of fire escape type stairs and heights. I am agoraphobic and have been for many years. I plan on running all errands in one day while I am out so that I don't have to go out again soon.

Pylons, this stems from when I was at school and they shown a film of the dangers with them and a young lad and his mates were playing in a field with a kite and he got electrocuted. Everytime I pass one on the motorway I shiver

Rats - their waving tails and little hands stop me dead in my tracks and I can't breathe.
Other people coughing or even breathing too near me.
Door handles in public toilets - I have to do complicated things in order not to touch them.
Hospitals - I imagine all the people who have died in them and it is sometimes enough to bring on a panic attack when I am supposed to be visiting a sick friend!

Fear of spelunking . Some caves have worm holes without enough room to lift ones arms or if they are over head to bring them down .. And then the fear of getting caught with someone trapped in front of me and someone else trapped to the rear and running out of air to breath, freaks me out just to think of it.

red cars. i do not own one and i pray the whole time i am riding as a passanger in one.
i dont know if it was a bad dream when i was little or if it were something i experienced ....
the only red vehicles we've had were a truck (my fathers) and a red honda civic when i was married. (it ended 6 mths after we were married) and I left him the car!

Spiders creep me out. I hate shopping alone too. Making phone calls also weirds me out, unless its family, then I'm ok with it.
I will only watch scarey movies if I have someone to watch them with me and then stay in my bed with me (so the only time I watch those is when hubby is home).
Feet are weird to me too, not sure what it is, but they just weird me out.

i don't but i had a girlfriend who would fall over herself if you'd put your feet any where over waist high, and they could be clean write out of the shower and she would hurt herself to get away. you couldn't hardly get her to put her 2 year old nephews shoes on him.
