I am 35 year old Indian and i want go to UK. How is possible. I have no any releation in UK. Can any boady help me for this.

Make sure you have a valid visa (duh) and bring enough money for your stay. Sounds logic but Immigration probably wants to check how much money you have. You should be able to prove that you have enough funds to pay for your stay and expenses.
Make also sure you have a return ticket with a return date (not an open ticket).
It would really help if you knew somebody in the U.K. but as you don't it will be more difficult. Maybe have a quick check with the British embassy to get more information. Contact the embassy and ask for the conditions. (the UK embassy, or Consulat depending on where you live)

I don't understand the problem. Get a passport, buy a ticket and fly there. If you want to live there, you still don't have to have any relation living there.
