murder is a sin because God has given birth to someone and you do not have right to kill someone. it is the God's rule or world and he like that this person should be in this world for 70 yrs then he should be we should not create problem for him. in the same way i say that if the God has given birth to someone for experiencing the pain , to make a person tough, strong, hard, bold etc, then why do you think that it is good to help a person who is in pain.do not you think that it is against the God wish.
so theme of God is same in both case but we the human think in this way.

WHY?

The almighty controls every thing. When He gives pain to some one, then He want the person to become stronger, but when he decides to ease the pain, then He makes the pain of this person known to others. Then only others are able to help the person in pain. If He wants you to help the person, then only you will come across the person in pain and grief. In this way He tests your heart also, your fealings for others' pain and troubles.

Yes, you are right. In fact, every time you interact with another person, you run the risk that you are interfering in God's plans for that person.

Perhaps you should go hide in a cave somewhere until you die, so you don't make God angry.

Your reasoning is faulty. You argue that the only way we can learn what God wants us to learn is through personal experience. I don't think this is true.

By the way, helping others makes the helper stronger, kinder, etc. So it definitely accomplishes God's purposes.

Religions create their own definitions of murder and good so it is entirely flexible and need to cause no problem for God at all; he just has to agree with what they decree.

I as an individual am far from perfect. Just concerned for my fellow humans, both Muslim and non-Muslim. We have the hereafter to think of. The more we value life, the more rewards we gain in this life for the hereafter, the more we are living our faith, as it should be lived.
