Your boyfriend's Mom doesn't like you? Join the club. Whether you deserve to be in the club or not, it doesn't matter. She doesn't like you and there's not much you can do to fix this in a short time period. It'll take time 'if' it ever works itself out. So until that hopeful date comes, just make sure not to rub her the wrong way and keep rubbing your boyfriend the right way.

I know what your going through there. You have to realize that it is up to the one you love to make this choice himself. Its hard especially when the family is very close, if you love him you naturally do not want him to be outcast by his family or lose any of their respect. On the other side you love them and want to be there for them. You best bet is to wait, as the one you love gets older he will be more at ease making her own choices as far as love is concerned. Probably after he is out on her own he may realize that he has more freedom and can pick up where you left off, or start again new with you if he decides he wants to try. He may never realize eventually they may end up liking you after they see how happy you make their son. Just remember it is also very hard on him to be put in between hold your tongue and pray for a resolve that will allow you two to be together someday without all of the outside/inside forces pulling you apart for it.

Personally, I would say that if the relationship can handle the tension, if love truely conquers all, then the mother of the one you love will see that and she'll come to terms.

who's mom Teresa, because appears like she/he replaced into taking a bible verse right here: 1Jn_4:20 If a guy say, i love God, and hateth his brother, he's a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath considered, how can he love God whom he hath not considered? (I advise: only study the bible more advantageous my brother)
