Because most Americans have the same values as undocumented workers. Most Americans can appreciate doing whatever you have to for your families.
The elections over. The Republicans lost. The racists need to go back into hiding.

Yeah I guess the congress getting so many phone calls, faxes, letters etc that the legislation they were trying to pass on illegal immigrants and the "guest worker" program, stopped dead in its tracks doesn't count. You obviously aren't paying attention if you think Americans aren't against illegal immigration as a majority. Unfortunately now the libtards are in power and it looks like the guest worker crap will pass now,but that ok because after much reflection it seems alot of Americans have seen the advantages of having a slave class and Mexicans seem to be volunteering for the position. As long as they are all accounted for so they're not illegally using social services they don't qualify for and are required to pay taxes like everyone else finally we might be able to make it work. And how can we resist all the cheap labor from people who seem ok with working crap jobs for crap wages for generations?

I'm not sure where you live but here in Arizona there is not only complaining there are actions being taken to curtail(stop) the influx of illegal aliens. We made English the states official, stopped any welfare,section8,any benefits to illegals and did so with 74% of the vote.We don't have to march in the streets we have a bigger weapon .We have the VOTE and we use it.I for one would love to hear a viable factual argument for illegal aliens. The same old BS I see on here has no basis in fact at all.Soon you will see and feel the displeasure of the majority of legal Americans that are fed up with this wanton display of disrespect to this nation, its flag, and its people.Time is short ,the time is near to take action to defend this nation from law breakers and insurrection

I saw some news article that claims one ninth of all Mexicans work in the US. Why can't the Mexican government get enough security in its own country that Mexicans can work there.

Anyone working in the US should pay in to social security and all that. I do not want employers using undocumented workers like they are disposable, replaceable and less than human. All workers should get the minimum coverage of social security and workers comp.

The US needs laws that are functional and work for the real world. The Clinton administration left a policy which has quotas for people from different countries to become citizens. That isn't how it works, more Mexicans and other Central Americans want to come because they're closer. We need laws that work. People shouldn't be made into criminals for doing normal things because the laws are screwed up.

This is what Cheo will do. He will get all this evidence and logical arguments against his obvious stance. There will be someone who agrees with him. He will pick that answer and say something smug like "ANOTHER GREAT ANSWER. READ AND LEARN" as if everyone else is ignorant. Even though there were more cogent and researched answers.
People tend to only hear what they support. Even if no information or logic will change your mind you should still listen so you can understand the counterargument. This way you can change other people's minds.

What do you mean? Complaining how? I personally hear a lot of people complaining about undocumented workers. There's a plethora of things wrong in this country and people are complaining all over the place about all kinds of things.

Most Americans have not done anything about the undocumented workers because they assume some one else will take care of it. It doesn't have any noticeable effect on their lives so they don't feel responsible to push for accountability. It's the same for other civic duties like voting.

Illegal workers have been in the United States for over 40 years, probably longer. The solution to this dilemma is not going to be an easy one or one everyone will agree on. Most people don't complain, because it doesn't effect them directly or it is too complicated for them to figure out a solution.

Everytime we try to explain this to you mexicans you refuse to listen. Therefore you fill yourself with lies and come up with half baked reasons on why you should come here illegally. It's useless to explain it to you guys. Instead it is just easier for us to catch you and throw you back over the boarder.
