the effects of tea for sleep debatable. This mightn't help you much, but tea contains an amount of caffiene though a chemical reverses the effects. Though many people do say that chamomille with honey is good- thought not too much- you don't want to be high when you go to sleep.

There is Sleepytime tea, and extra strength Sleepytime tea. Both are awesome. Also, try taking 3 St John's Wort herbal capsules before bed. They're natural, and they really work!
Also, just to clarify, there is no caffiene in herbal tea. Try checking your sources buddy, before giving a dumb answer.

Chamomile tea (herbal infusion, actual) is often associated with helping people sleep. The famous blend "Sleepytime" has a large component of chamomile in it.

Chamomile tea has superb relaxation qualities. Wouldn't add any sugar/honey if you're wanting to sleep after drinking it.
Sweet dreams.
