Honestly, read some bodybuilding magazines. It doesn't look like you want to be a bodybuilder but those guys know what it's about when it comes down to nutrition.
You need to cut down your caloric intake (looks like you are doing that) but still need to make sure that you are getting all the correct nutrients so that your body doesn't start cannibalising itself. This is the main problem with crash diets. If your body isn't getting it's right amount of nutrition, it starts eating high nutrition mass (i.e. muscles). Given that you are doing plenty of exercise you should be able to get it happening if you are just sensible.
Go into a sports supplement store, ask them what they think (more often than not they are nutritionists). Take what they say with a grain of salt and then do some research and find the products that are going to best help with making sure that you are setting yourself up for maximum weight loss and muscle retention.

Well, I personally lost something like 12 kilo by reducing the quantities only. I've continued to eat everything, even very fat meat, but instead of eating 300g hamburger I ate 100g one. Instead of eating 7-8 slices of bread, now I'm eating 2 or 3.
It works and you feel much better, because you eat tasty food and still you're loosing your weight.

U need to eat a bunch of salads and drink plenty of water and excercise daily and u should loose the weight slowly by slowly.

just drink plenty of water and eat healthier food u dont need to be on a strict diet just eat a fruit instead of eating ships all the time or anything like that
