Can Catholic priest who has left the priesthood one day join the Anglican church and become a priest there?

Is it possible for a Catholic priest who has left the priesthood to marry later become an Anglican priest. Would the Anglican Church accept him.

Anglican priests -- some of them married -- have also sometimes left the Anglican Church and become priests in the Catholic Church.
