My boyfriend has been going through a difficult time as he is looking for a new job. He is not happy with his current one. He is looking for a job in my area. We are in a long-distance relationship. I am going to meet him this Friday as he invited me to go to to his country for a weekend. His friend has a farewell party and he wanted me to be there for it. The thing is since he has been focusing on his job search, I feel like he has been neglecting me. He asked me to be patient, strong and to let him concentrate and we can relax this weekend together. The thing is I became needy of him in the past two days and he got very very angry with me last night telling me that I have no respect for him and he said I don't support him at all and he told me if I don't stop annoying him, he will not talk to me anymore. I am so sad. I feel like he does not care about me anymore? What should I do please?

Does he really mean this or was he just having a hard day??Guys sometimes have it hard when they are trying new things especially wen they are trying to concentrate on a certain thing. If u stick it out and nothing gets better!!Dump him!!But wait until everything settles down. Guys are like that sometimes up & down up & down. U need to live with it!!

I know this sounds very difficult, but give him space and let him figure his job situation out. Work can be one of the most important aspects of a man's life. But if you find that this interval of waiting is too difficult for you, and you can't seem to give him his space without worrying over your relationship, you may have to find someone more suited to you, which is hard when you have made such an emotional investment in this particular man.

hurm.. it seems u must not be too clingy.. try giving him space a lil.. i do hear a lot that long distance relationships seldom work out.. but to make it work.. u both need to make this work.. in a relationship there is no sacrifice in a relationship only compromise.. plus.. if u were meant to be together, u wud be.. so just give him sum space~

he's not neglecting you, he's just try to focus on his new job.just becoz he cares about you, then he don't wanna stay a distance from you.can't you see it?eventhough he said he will ignoring you if you gone through like that (r u?), i'm sure he's just say it.not mean it.He loves you didn't he :)?

give him his space......that is all you can do....if you cannot do this then he will get rid of you...your relationship is new and fresh you need to get a grip on yourself.....occupy yourself with going out with friends and such to keep your mind off of what he is trying to accomplish
