If you know who said this (I know the wording is probably off) good for you, if not, find out.
Really think about this one, and put down what you would die for.

martin luther king jr said something like this
I agree cos if nothing matters to you than you're just going through the motions and not living a life of passion. I also think if you can't find something you're willing to die for than maybe you're not thinking hard enough about the things that you take for granted but would miss if they were taken away.
I would die for my family and if it ever came down to it I hope I'd have the courage to die for my belief in democracy and freedom i.e. the way people continue to die for their beliefs in china, how they did in south africa under apartheid -- i would die to protect the country i love against oppressive systems like those.

I disagree, and yes I do have something I would die for, I always have. However, even if a person has nothing to die for no life is a waste. Nothing in this world is a waste and to think that just because someone has no one or has nothing that they would die for does not mean that that particular person is not a human being and does not, within him or herself have some value.

don't know who said this but i agree. There shud be something that makes u want to do the best of everything, that gives you the inspiration and desire to strive harder in life for those you die for. It gives u passion for everything in life. A passion for living.
I would die for my family. And i have only my mum as family who just die 2 mths ago. So, i wud know.

Interesting quote. Don't' feel like looking it up right now...so am going to wing it.
If a man has nothing to die for I would feel that he is feeling empty inside. If he is feeling empty inside (not in touch with his soul) then he is still fit to live. He may not be able to feel his soul, yet God knows that man's purpose and the man shouldn't stop living as his 'worth for living' will surely be awakened in him again one day. God's plans are at times mysterious.
And, who would I die for ? My children and my honor. The first . . . that's just me and my love to 'save' / spare my children from harm. And the latter . . . if I was asked to give up the value of my soul or die...I'd die and wait for my soul to be released to the 'arms' of God and be one with Him again. I'd never denounce my connectedness with God to spare my life.

Bill Gates has given a quotation, "If u born as a poor it's not ur mistake, but if u die as a poor it's ur mistake." I think this relates to the above quotation.

Since everyone has something to die for - this question is rather silly.
