honestly, in my opinion there is someone out there who loves you the way you are, i love bbws and there are ALOT of men who love them too if thats not your classification then you shouldmaybe lookinto different men

Exercise for 30 minutes doing a very intense cardiovascular workout on an elliptical type machine (sorta looks like a cross-country machine with moving arms!) at the gym at least 5 times a week. Drink a minimum of 2 cups of green tea in the morning because this will raise your metabolism for the rest of your day. Also keep in mind that your metabolism is highest in the a.m., so eat those "bad" (i.e., chocolate) items before noon. Engage in a weight training routine. This will develop your muscles, and eventually burn fat. Try your best to eliminate those high calorie items, and maintain this exercise routine, and in 6 to 8 weeks, you will start seeing results. A Walking regimine. no need to run or huff or puff. Warm up, and get out there. Start off for 5 minutes, then after a few days pick up the time and the tempo, as if you are trying to get to a store that closes in 5 minutes. After a few weeks, you'll get calves that are to die for, hips and shoulders that are sleek and toned, and NO tummy - despite the chockies.

so go to gym for longer period. more chocolate - longer in gym. i love chocolate, i wouldn't sacrifice it for anything. still i managed to keep perfect shape by visiting gym frequently

jenny craig food.it worked for me or that one food that let's you eat chocolate.

eat smaller portions and limit yourself at night it harder to burn fat when you sleep
