The procedures for the attestation of certificates is firstly get attested by the Notary Public, preferably from your area, and then contact Ministries of Education and Human Resources (of India) for their attestation. Once you have done all these formalities, you can contact the UAE embassy for further attestation.

I would suggest you to do this through a reliable agent to save your time.

Just get to the airport friend. All other things will be taken care of for you once you reach there. LOL
