Yes - but don't be surprised if when the gel cap melts the undiluted caffeine causes stomach cramps for about 20 minutes - it depends on your constitution.

What is the point? Coffee is not the most healthy substance in the world and, frankly, if you don't like the taste then you don't need coffee for any other reason than the taste.

If it's energy you are looking for then drink a natural and healthy energy drink not one of those loaded with caffeine and sugar but one that is truly healthy but yet gives you the energy you need. I started drinking one 2 times a day 2 months ago and what a difference it has made in my life. It is the first energy drink to hit the market in the form of a powder so you can mix it with any liquid beverage of your choice (I use flavored bottle water). I dont like regular coffee either, but I tried it w/ vanilla creamer and I love it now (still only like that). they have other flavors too, coffee mate and international delight make them. you can get em at the grocery store by the milk. o and dont put any sugar the cream is sweetened. try that and see if you like it that way. and i wouldnt advise putting powdered coffee into your system that would be the same as eating coffee grounds and not sure if thats good for you. Good Luck!
