yes this is difficult and I do not know what u could do. One lady I know the Home office in UK lost her passport and she was treated like a prisoner in Britain, she is an artist and was famous in her country, after 5 years her passport was found, but her career has gone, she is a labourer now in a UK factory. She is heartbroken and broke because what happened.

Report your passport stolen to the Police and Home Office.
You have to apply for a new passport in your embassy and when you get it, you have to submit ti to the Home Office for a new work permit

You don't - entering a county without proper documentation is known as "illegal immigration" and is usually a crime that will get you deported, sometimes after a lengthy jail sentance and for what it's worth, most airlines will not even let you board without your documentation.

Apply for a new passport and speak to whatever immigration authority issued your visa to get a new one.

you may touch the police earlier you touch immigration. yet first you may document to you embassy to get a short lived passport. to coach for a clean everlasting passport, you will possibly be able to choose a police document, yet ask for information at your embassy. in case you do not communicate Thai (or could have somebody accompany you), then document the lost/lacking passport to the vacationer Police. Get a replica of the document you filed. in simple terms once you have the papers so as (incl. the police document) do you touch the immigration government to document which you have overstayed and explanation why. if that's the 1st time, and your tale is achieveable, you will not have any issues as long as you pay the high-quality in money instantaneous. they are going to stamp on your (new) passport which you have overstayed and paid the high-quality. then you definately can go away Thailand and return the comparable day in case you opt for for this reason getting a clean get admission to stamp. this is often suitable to have your papers so as. do not concern the Thai police or the immigration government. I incredibly have continuously got here across them to be sensible human beings; plenty extra versatile than in the West. yet be particular you deliver somebody who speaks Thai in case you do not. drawing near government in this difficulty making use of in simple terms English might positioned you in a difficulty the place you at the instant are not understood. And that is much less confusing to get Thai human beings "on your area" in case you may chit-chat and shaggy dog tale to get around the aptitude (felony) hindrances.

Firstly have you reported your passport lost as someone may have taken it without you realising and either they are using it for themselves or sold it for lots of money?

Secondly, you may need to check with the issuing office you got it from as you will experience difficulties travelling just about anywhere these days without proper identification.

Good luck
