I live in Budapest, Hungary and apparently lots of Brits are coming here to have cosmetic surgery.
I'm not sure I would want to have life-changing surgery in a country where I couldn't understand the lingo. Sure, the doctors will speak English, but if things go wrong, you're at the mercy of that country's legal code. And that will not be in English!

when i had my vaneers done i was advised to get it done in Costa Rica...its where the americans go...alot of the surgeons there are British trained.
you get a kind of mini holiday as well which is good!!!

If you want to go cheap, at least go reputable. Try Belguim or Poland. There are some good clinics there. HTH : )
